General Terms and Conditions of Participation for the Partner Program at Lake Constance 2026

1. Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions of Participation apply exclusively to the "Insel Mainau Excursion" partner program. Other events organized by DARC e.V. are excluded from this.

2. Schedule and Procedure The event begins with the meeting at 8:45 a.m. at the Zeppelin Museum Friedrichshafen. The event ends upon arrival in Friedrichshafen at 5:25 p.m. The number of participants is limited to 40.

3. Included Services The base price includes the boat trip, the guided tour, lunch/food, and the admission fee.

4. Registration Registration for the "Insel Mainau Excursion" partner program is processed via the provider "pretix.eu". Registration becomes binding by clicking on "Order with obligation to pay" at the end of the ordering process. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. If an event is already fully booked, the registration cannot be processed. DARC e.V. reserves the right to offer waiting lists.

5. Processing of Participant Data Participant data will be forwarded to the supervisor or service providers to the extent necessary.

6. Terms of Payment The fee must be paid in advance. Non-attendance does not entitle the participant to a reduction or refund of the participation fee. Bank details: IBAN: DE94 5206 4156 0000 1650, BIC: GENODEF1BTA, Raiffeisenbank Baunatal eG.

7. Cancellation and Withdrawal Cancellations for an individual event must be made in writing. For cancellations made up to 14 days before the start of the event, we charge a processing fee of €20.00 per person and event; after this deadline, the full amount is due.

8. Exclusion from Participation DARC e.V. is entitled to exclude participants from further participation or to reject their registration in special cases, e.g., due to default of payment, disruption of the event, or improper conduct. In these cases, DARC e.V. retains its claim to payment of the full participation fee, unless the participant's registration is rejected immediately.

9. Program Changes DARC e.V. reserves the right to cancel an event in the case of insufficient participation or force majeure. Participants will be notified of this immediately and, if applicable, informed about an alternative date. Any further claims for damages are excluded. Changes to the program are possible and reserved. They will be announced in an appropriate manner. Shifts in the schedule or a change of instructors/guides do not entitle the participant to a reduction of the fee or to the reimbursement of travel expenses.
